What a great gym! I have trained in commercial gyms before but got no where fast. The Hive has taken my fitness to the next level, but at my pace. I’m always learning something new and challenged. The best decision I ever made! Before joining The Hive I never thought I would enjoy going to the gym, this is hands down the most welcoming, supportive group of people I have had the pleasure of sweating it out with!

This place is amazing, really makes going to the gym fun and not a chore. All the coaches are extremely supportive and want to see you progress with your ability and fitness. All the members are lovely and also support each other. overall the atmosphere is extremely welcoming, there’s no fear of being shamed because everyone has the same goal in mind. Best gym I’ve been to in Chichester. Had my first taster session in December which I was nervous about, however once I hit the session I felt completely at ease. The coaches are great and offer up tips and ways to improve! The team and community at the Hive are simply awesome. Amazing seeing such strong and amazing humans.
