MATHIS INGRAM

Mathis is our Sports Therapist who qualified in 2019 with a BSC Hons degree in Sports Therapy.

Since 2019, Mathis has worked in a clinical environment helping those with musculoskeletal injuries (sport and non-sport related) and has worked alongside Ricky in a sports team environment.

Sports Therapy is a hands-on aspect of healthcare that comprises of sports massage, manual therapy, postural education and rehabilitation.

Mathis is a friendly and passionate therapist who uses an individual approach, not only looking at the symptoms but the person as a whole to treat the route cause.

RICKY LIDBETTER

Ricky Lidbetter initially qualified as a Sports Therapist in 2007 (Bsc Hons Degree) before returning to university to complete his Bsc Hons degree in Physiotherapy, where he was awarded in 2011 a first class with honors.

Ricky has worked in private practice for the past ten years specialising in sports injuries and rehabilitation.

This has enabled Ricky to build strong relationships with a wide variety of Orthopedic Consultants.

He has also worked within the sports environment for the last 14 years providing physiotherapy service to sports teams.

Ricky is highly regarded in his field and with his positive, friendly manner and his ‘can do’ approach you are in safe hands. Ricky is proud to have established Livebetter Physiotherapy in 2021.
