Strength & Conditioning
What is Strength & Conditioning?
S&C is the core of who we are here at Hive Fitness. Classes are based on a strength and conditioning programme to help build and maintain an amazing level of fitness, strength and wellbeing. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete, our classes are scalable and suitable to all levels of fitness regardless of age and fitness background. Our expert coaches are there to help motivate and teach you through correct form and technique.
How does the class run?
Each class begins with our specialised strength programme which is heavily focused on movements that will make you stronger, and fitter! After this comes the “WOD” , a high intensity workout that will get your heart pumping. Movements are easily learnt but very effective and will get your endorphins flowing and have you feeling great and wanting to come back for more!

What is Blast?
Blast is everything you see in our Metcon class just condensed down to a 20-30 minute workout. Perfect for anyone who lives a busy lifestyle.
Sculpt
What is sculpt?
Sculpt is our brand new bodybuilding/sculpting class. Here we start slowing things down and really focus on isolating certain muscle groups to get a great pump! This class is perfect for anyone who’s not too keen on doing cardio. It’s also a great way to accompany our Strength & Conditioning classes, as the accessory movements we perform here will most definitely improve your overall performance in our S&C and Metcon classes. Plus you will look and feel amazing!
How does the class run?
Each Sculpt class will include a variety of strength movements, from the classic bench press, dumbbell side raise to the single leg glute bridge. All classes involve barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, glute bands and bodyweight exercises

Young Stars
What is Young Stars?
Our new class to get your young ones in to fitness! A mix of aerobic and gymnastics work will give them an initial step in to this fitness world with official HYROX Young Stars training.
How to sign up?
NON MEMBERS
Parents need to simply click the ‘Young Stars’ button on the website menu and set up an account with us via Wodboard. Once your account is set up, please DM or contact the HIVE to take your child’s details and make your account active.
MEMBERS
Parents with an existing account just need to contact HIVE staff who will add your child yto your existing account. You can then book them on to our sessions.
